MyHappymind is a programme used here at Horn's Mill to promote a positive mental well-being culture which builds resilience, self-esteem, and character.  Children are encouraged to explore their personality, strengthen their relationships with friends and family, recognise and manage their emotions, celebrate their achievements and more.  

Your children will be familiar with many of the concepts and characters in myHappymind and will (depending on their age) be able to explain some of them to you. There’s a free myHappymind Parent App which contains Happy Breathing, activities and quizzes to use anytime.

We have uploaded some myHappymind home learning resources.  To access them, please click through the drop down tabs on the 'Curriculum' tab on the home page.  Please feel free to pick and choose how you use these resources.  You may want to start at the beginning and work through them or you may prefer to go straight to whichever module you feel would best support your family.  

In our experience in the school community, the skills and understanding that are promoted by myHappymind can be of genuine benefit to all children (and even all adults!).  We hope that they can become part of the conversations around your home.
