Team 3 Wb 8.1.24

Team 3 have had a fantastic full week back.

In Geography, we created a map of the UK using string and google earth to help us. We managed to locate our countries, capital cities, local cities, seas and even Helsby! We then had the challenge of directing one of our friends to a given point and were only allowed to use compass direction points.

In PE we started our new unit of dance focusing on witches and wizards. We used some Harry Potter music to help us move in a different way and express ourselves through music.

In History, we found out our new topic is the Stone Age! We looked at our key vocabulary and generated some enquiry questions that hopefully we will be able to answer at the end of the unit.

In maths we finished our unit of further multiplication and division. We will now be moving on length.
