Team 3 are getting in the festive spirit!

In maths we have moved onto our next unit of multiplying 2 digit numbers. We learnt a top tip of how to times ones by ten to make our number 10 times bigger.

In English we have been creating our own fantasy character. We discussed and labelled what characteristics are fantasy and which ones are real based on winters child. After that we planned our own characters fantasy characteristics. We can’t wait to write our story based on our own character next week!

We have been working so hard on our Christmas market songs. Linking to out music curriculum, we have discussed our pitch and certain dynamics of each song.

In french this week we learnt about the gallet des rois and its purpose during the festival of the kings. We created our own instructions on how to make one ready for our Christmas books!

Our Elf appeared on Friday and we were so excited to see that he brought us our PENS! We couldn’t wait to use them in our handwriting lessons.

Our trip to Chester will be next Thursday… we can’t wait!
