Team 3 WB 7.7.25

I can’t believe we are nearly at the end!

This week we have been writing our final piece of writing in Team 3 in our brand new English books, ready for Team 4. Our hands have been aching so much because we have been trying our very best to get our handwriting perfect. We can’t wait for Mr Lawrie and Mrs Phillips to see it!

In maths we have been making our way through the perimeter unit. We are now ALL able to tell our friends what the perimeter is. Drawing a shape with a stated perimeter is super tricky! We needed to use our resilience to keep trying until we eventually mastered it. Next week we will be finishing our maths and doing some revision to consolidate our learning from this year.

In computing we have been discussing the importance of using a password. This linked to our syber bullying week previously in the year. After our conversations we created a poster to inform people about passwords and safety on the internet- look out for them!

Transition day last Monday was a huge success! After so many of us feeling incredibly nervous, we had smiles all round when returning back to Team 3!
