Letters, addition and digestion!

We have been busy again in Team 3. In English, we have been writing formal letters, where we have been focusing on structure and language. During our SPaG lessons, we have looked at the spelling rule for adding the suffix -ly and also when to use a or an.

In Maths, we have been revisiting addition and subtraction. We have worked on strategies for mental addition, column method and calculating missing values.

Science has been the focus for our afternoon learning where we have been learning about the digestive system and our teeth.

This week, we also started our ukulele lessons and the children were fantastic.
