Hi everyone,

What a hot busy week!!

This week we finished our class text 'Silly Doggy'.  The children then went on to write their own version of the story producing some very funny endings such as finding a dinaosaur in their garden!  Maths has been alll about making 10 and the composition of numbers smaller than 10.  The ten fat sausages song really with compositions to 10!.

Children have also been busy learning about dinosaurs (maybe that's where their ideas came from!).  T rex has come out as a firm favourite with the flying pterodactyl coming a close second!

Please can you remember to apply suncream to your children before school and make sure they bring a hat to school.  We are talking to them about sun safetly but the sun can feel very strong on the field.
