Week 3 - 21.09.18

After a very busy week the children are ready for a well-earned rest. We have been concentrating on reading in Team 2 this week and actively encouraging all children to read as much as possible at home. I am delighted with all the home learning the children of Team 2 have completed and brought into school to share. We have completed our first step in maths of counting to one hundred and we move onto tens and one’s next week. The children thoroughly enjoyed their first ukulele lesson with Stuart, they practised using different chords. I am particular pleased with the writing in Team 2 again this week which seems to be a common theme at the moment. Our Christopher Columbus letters were a real joy to read especially RM’s whose creativity really stood out.
