Team 4 Wb 12.2.24

Date: 18th Feb 2024 @ 7:11pm

What a busy final week Team 4 have had!

In English, the children planned and then wrote their very own stories based on a volcano erupting in their own made up cities! The children detailed how they felt during the aftermath of the eruption and then how they escaped from it. They were very exciting to read and I thoroughly enjoyed reading them all!

In maths, the children concluded their learning about fractions before completing a revision chapter in their workbooks to see what they could remember.

In topic, the children created their very own maps of Pompeii and the surrounding areas in geography, in history they learnt all about how the Roman’s impacted British culture and some examples of this that can be seen in the present day and in science they completed their experiments looking at how sugar damages teeth and steps they can take to protect their own teeth. They also completed their times table challenges and should have brought their sheets home for you to see.

Have a wonderful half term break Team 4 and I look forward to seeing you all when we return and hearing all about your adventures!
