Team 1 are enjoying wearing their costumes for Mouse Mania today after a busy week of learning to earn their reward.

We have been working very hard on our writing skills this week by using some super new vocabulary in our writing about our book, ‘The Curious Case of the Missing Mammoth’.

We also made up our own verses to Michael Rosen’s poem ‘We can’. Check out the Horn’s Mill Twitter feed for some examples of our wonderful verses and recital.

In maths we have been finding one more and one less in numbers up to 20.

In art, we have been practising using our printing skills.

We were lucky enough to have Helsby Tennis Club visit us on Tuesday for a tennis taster session. The children loved the games and skills they learned.
